Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect items are delivered.

Non-Refundable Products

Customized products with logos or personalization are non-refundable unless defective.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
